A wanderer through most of my life, I moved 18 times by the time I turned 25.

Joining the Navy did not change that.

While in the Navy, I had the incredible opportunity to see the world to an even greater degree. I lived in Italy for two years and bounced around Europe at every free opportunity. My next command took me to San Diego and Pascagoula, Mississippi, with a spot in between bringing the ship from one to the other around the Strait of Magellan in southern Argentina and Chile. I got to see three world wonders in the span of a year.

Though it may not be pertinent here, I earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida (before the Navy) and a master’s degree from George Washington University (after the Navy).

In addition to being a writer and narrator, I dabble in photography and graphic design outside of my 9-5 job. My full-time job – for now – is as a PR professional with the U.S. military.
I live happily with my wife and stepdaughter in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
